Dr.K.Anandhan Professor & Head, Department of Education, arrived from Bharathidasan University inTrichy on 03.03.2018. He has been given briefly explained about Data Collection, Data Entry and how to make the master table in M.Ed-II Scholars as well as has given explained suitable descriptive inferential statistical technique where used in the interpretation of data.
Dr.K.Anandhan has been briefly explained about Initiation of dissertation work and a selection of the tool and data collection procedure on 12.07.2017. He presented the deep knowledge on various chapters was given for further proceedings.

SDYP was conducted on 8.1.16, invited Dr.P.Senthilkumar, Principal, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College Physical Education, Perambalur, delivered the valuable Speech related to the topic "Self Development – Yoga ", to create an awareness of yoga and its importance to the prospective teacher educators. He demonstrated the asana for the view of the prospective teacher educators and then imbibing all the asana and exercise for self-development and it useful to teach these exercise to the students of co-operative schools.
RDP was conducted on 13.1.16, invited Dr.K.Anandhan, Professor& Head, Department of Education, Bharathidasan University, Trichy,delivered the valuable Speech related to the topic "Communication skills- Expository Writing", Initiate the Prospective Teacher Educator (M.Ed) to start the research work effectively. He briefly explained about Initiation of dissertation work and a selection of a problem or topic and also discussed about how to write the conceptual framework to the selected problem and present in the form of seminar for discussion. Research oriented ideas scientific attitudes were initiate to the prospective teacher educator (M.Ed). He also presented and how to start the research work, selection of the problem, formatting the objectives, hypothesis, research design, the data collection for the preliminary work. A deep knowledge on various chapters was given for further proceedings.
RDP W\was conducted on 7th April 2015, invited Dr.A.Jahitha Begam, Associate Professor& Head, Department of Education, Gandhigram Rural University, Gandhigram,delivered the valuable Speech related to the topic "Research Culture", among the M.Ed., scholars. M.Ed., scholars were participated and benefited.
The Research Development Programme is provided exclusively for all postgraduate research students and contract research staff and will incorporate workshops and seminars that satisfy the Researcher Development Framework (RDF). The RDF describes a continuum of knowledge, competencies and attributes of researchers as they develop towards becoming highly skilled. It is nationally recognized and encourages researchers to engage in continued personal, professional and career development. The programme continually evolves to meet the needs of our students while supplementing the subject-specific training provided by the Colleges and Specialist Research Institutes within the university.
