A one day faculty development programme on Pedagogical scenario at present education organized by IQAC of our college on 26th March 2022. Honorable chancellor, Mr. A. Srinivasan, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University inaugurated to the programme with thamizhthaai vazhthu. Mr. C. Manimaran, Professor, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Education welcomed the gathering and Chancellor, Dr. K. Santhakumari, Principal of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Education, Dr. S. Baskaran, Principal of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Physical Education were felicitated the gathering. Dr. X. Vengo Regis introduced the resource person to the gathering. Forty two participants including interdepartmental teaching staff were participated. Dr. Vinnaras Nithyanantham professor of education, Lebanese French University, Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq was the resource person. Modern pedagogical practice, where the teacher get lacking on it, how to practice the skills of 21st century, need of e-pedagogical skills and practice in present situation were given in detailed explanation by audio-visual presentation, Interactions were made on the pedagogical practice by the participants and overview of effective classroom management with pedagogical practice by the expert was so impressive. Dr. M. Durairaj, Principal Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College, Perambalur was the chief for the valedictory function who distributed the certificates and Dr. Rengaraj, Associate Professor, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Education, gave the vote of thanks.
