Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Education, IQAC and collaborated with Private School association conducted Placement Drive on 9 May 2023, Tuesday. Reputed institutions namely Ambal Metric Higher Secondary School in padalur, Swami Vivekananda Metric Higher Secondary School in Keelapuliyur and Little Flower Metric Higher Secondary School in Chettikulam were participated in placement drive. 68 Student Teachers were actively Participated and 20 Student teachers were selected as a teacher for the forthcoming academic year. Before Commencement of the placement drive our HR and Principal greeted all the eminent teachers from the various schools and greet all the Student Teachers. Overall all II-Year Student teachers were invited among them 68 student teacher actively participated and 20 students selected.
Job fair mela-2023 Conducted by TamilNadu Government associated with our group of institution in our campus More than 150 companies and Schools and entrepreneurs participated on that mega job fair-2023.regarding School Job offer, 6 Schools occupied the stalls and Student Teachers, Degree holders was actively participated that job fair 2023. Initially, 15 Participants who completed successfully and offer letters were given to them by honorable ministers. Among 2 of them were student teacher .who appointed as high school teachers with Rs/30000 as per their monthly salary. Honorable chairman principal of our college and staff members felicitate the two candidates. overall 60 students were participated and benefitted.
The Placement Cell was Conducted the campus Requirement on 13.3.2023 with Jayapriya Vidhyalaya CBSC School, Virudhachalam .Under the guidance of our college principal, organized campus interview for B.Ed students under in charge of Asst.Professor Mrs.R.Sarabeevi. Then personal interview was conducted based on individual information and subject command. Total 32 student faced two phase interview 12 students are selected for final round which will conduced at school campus.

To assist the students to pursue their desired goal, our college has established a carrier Guidance and Placement Cell and it acts as the pivotal force for motivating students. The placement cell also organizes Personality development programmes, development of aptitude, communication skills for the student- teachers.
Under the guidance of our college principal Dr.K.Santhakumari, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College Of Education, Perambalur organised campus interview for B.Ed students under incharge of Prof. Mr.C.Manimaran & Mrs.R.Sarabeevi.
The interview session in which total 200 students participated and faced the interview. In the interview question was asked related to their method in which they are specialized, Teaching Aptitude and regarding Self. From the 200 students 90 were selected for final round which was conducted at respective school.

The Government is doing its best to bring about a better matching between the demand and the supply of work opportunities. conduct competitive exams for recruitment to various services and posts. The Government has also set up a number of Employment Exchanges all over the country to facilitate recruitment of suitable candidates into its various sectors.
Placement training plays a major role in shaping up the career goals of students. It is the dream of every student to get placed in a top organization visiting their campus for recruitment. Keeping this key aspect into consideration, it is realized that training is important for B.Ed students to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placement in various schools.
At present, the competition for employment is increasing every day and placement has become a challenging task. Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary. To meet out these requirements, a fully fledged training cell is operating in our college to enhance the capabilities of graduates on par with the industry standards.
The Placement Cell was Conducted the campus interview on 12.3.15 with Vidhya mandir CBSC School Managed by Ram co Cements, Ariyalur. The Campus interview was conducted by S.Mathukrishnan Administrator – Education, with written test and Oral Interview, 130 Students teachers were participated and selected candidates got the appointment order.
