He has been given briefly explained about How to be an Inspirational Teacher? Have Empathy, Develop a Positive Mental Attitude, 'Grow' your Verbal Skills, Show Respect, Remember that your students are Individuals, Know that teaching is a noble profession.

He has been given briefly explained about Teachers play a very important role in a student's life. As a teacher, one must bring out the best in students and inspire them to strive for greatness. A teacher imparts knowledge, good values, tradition, modern-day challenges and ways to resolve them within students. A good teacher is an asset to the students.

The chief guest Dr.R.Saravanan Assistant Professor, Department of Education, arrived from Tamilnadu Teacher education university in chennai. He has been given briefly explained about How to be an Inspirational Teacher? Bridge course program has been conducted in our college on 09.09.2019. The chief guest Mr.V.Radhakrishnan Vocational Teacher, Government Higher Secondary School in Chettikulam. He has been given briefly explained about “Teacher’s are role modal” Teachers follow students through each pivotal stage of development. At six to eight hours a day, five days a week, you as a teacher are poised to become one of the most influential people in your students’ life. After their parents, children will first learn from you, their elementary school teacher. Then, as a middle school teacher, you will guide students through yet another important transition: adolescence. As children become young adults, learning throughout middle school and into high school, you will answer their questions, listen to their problems and teach them about this new phase of their lives. You not only watch your students grow you help them grow.
Bridge course program has been conducted in our college on 3.08.2018. The chief guest Dr.K.Anandhan Professor & Head, Department of Education, arrived from Bharathidasan University in Trichy. He has been given briefly explained about Teacher education refers to the policies, procedures, and provision designed to equip (prospective) teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and skills they require to perform their tasks effectively in the classroom, school, and wider community. Training is a program that helps teacher learns specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in their current roles. Development is more expansive and focuses on teacher growth and future performance, rather than an immediate job role.
Bridge course program has been conducted two days in our college on 13.08.2018 to 14.08 2018. The chief guest Agastin christoper arrived from Bharathidhasan Constitution College in Lalkudi. He has been delivered speech about “personality development’. Following day on 14th august the first session has been shared by Mr.chandramouli, arrived from Bharathidhasan Constitution College in kurumbalur. He has been delivered speech about “the strong mind” at last he asked question and appreciated the student teacher and afternoon session shared by Mr. Senthilkumar department of Tamil, arrived from Bharathidhasan Constitution College in kurumbalur and he delivered the speech about “Pancha thandra, Health education and importance of Traditional food”.

The academic session for the year 2014-15 started with the bridge course programme that was conducted by founder chairman Shri.A.Srinivasan Sir, Presided Over the function and delivered presidential address from 20.8.2014 to 21.08.2014. The orientation programme was very fruitful in the aspect that it bridged the gap between the regular U.G. and P.G. course and Bachelor of Education course programme.
